To be an authorized CPS member of CPS Network, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement:
A.You must be at least 18 years old to become member of CPS Network.
B. Services to be Provided - We agree to pay you certain commissions as described on our website for referral sales made by customers.
C. Termination. We may terminate your account for the following reasons:
(a) if you violate our Terms & Conditions; (b) promote CPS Affiliates in a manner that is unethical or inappropriate; or (c) for any reason, in our sole discretion.
D. No spamming of advertisement. Please use ethical Internet marketing approach. Failure to do so will result your account to be suspended without further notice and all payment due to you forfeited.
E. Any fraudulent clicks or fraudulent sales attempt via affiliate link will result your account to be suspended without notice. Any payment due to you will be forfeited.
F. We reserve the right to suspend any accounts flagged for suspicious activities without notice. Any payment due to you will be forfeited.
G. We reserve the right to alter any rules/regulations/terms/conditions at our own discretion.
